We are looking for a Training Manager to strengthen our successful Nordic Training team and to take our brands to the next level in in both Sweden and Denmark. The position can be based in Denmark or Sweden. Are you up for the task?
In the position of Training Manager your main responsibility is to train and coach our Nordic customers in product knowledge and selling skills on the brands in the PRO Haircare portfolio with the aim to increase sales. You will have a close partnership with the local sales and marketing teams to set a training plan for the customers.
You perform training sessions in classrooms in the academy, in salons as well as digitally. You build strong partnerships with key retailers and hairdressers.
You support your brands as well as Sæther in general by supplying content both internally and externally. You add passion and know-how to the organization.
You will be part of a Training team driven by working with the brands we surround ourselves with, and you will meet committed and skilled colleagues every day.
